03/06/14 Reverse unit drilled out DV tool.
03/07/14 Quail well Svc. ran cement bond log and then perforated interval 4,388′-4,395′; started running Packer and Tubing, Packer stuck going into DV tool. After several attempts Eagle’s crew pulled packer out and started milling out inside of casing & DV tool.
03/08/14 Rebuilding packer; acid job rescheduled for Monday.
03/10/14 Eagle Well Svc. ran Packer Tubing; Standard Pump Svc. treated well with 500 gal. 10% Hcl Mud clean up acid; started swabbing back; gas on 3rd swab,oil cut by 9th swab run; 300′-400′ (1.25 bbls) fluid entry per 15 min run, gas and oil cut improving each run.
03/11/14 1,300′ fluid standing in in well 25% oil cut with gas; started running Pump, Rods and Tubing.
03/12/14 Donica Roustabout Svc. starting to setting up Pump Jack, Tanks, Seperator etc.
03/17/14 Donica Roustabout crew released due to incompetence. Calcote Dirt Contracting taking over equipment set up in the next couple days.
03/25/14 Production equipment installation complete.
03/26/14 Coleman County Electric has the transformer scheduled for installation next Monday.

06/03/14 Eagle Well moving on location this afternoon. Quail Well Svc. scheduled to perforate the Gardner Limestone tomorrow.
06/04/14 Quail Well Svc. perforated 4,325′-4,334, Standard Pump Svc. treated Gardner Limestone with 1000 gal. 15% Hcl acid. Oil cut with gas on 5th swab. Oil cut improving each swab run 4 bbls fluid per 20 min.
06/05/14 250 lbs. shut-in pressure overnight, well flowed 30 min after opening valve.
